** Edited for price change -- MUST sell by Dec. 16th!!

Well, I failed the ride test so I will now sell my bike in disgrace. Actually I'm moving back to Iowa in December and need to get this sold so I don't pay to ship it.

Here's the info as posted on Craig's List:

Good condition mechanically except as noted below. Looks great. Has R6 front brakes, Yoshimura Pipe, 520 chain conversion. Have recently (last 300 miles) changed oil and filter with M1 Synthetic 15W-50 oil and OEM Yamaha filter.

    Located in SoCal (Norwalk).

Rides great and I ride it as often as I can and love every minute. Some things to note: The front forks need new seals in the future, the chain and sprockets are in ok condition but will need to be replaced in the next couple thousand miles, and tires are in good shape but have some minor commuting wear on them.

First decent offer takes it. Asking price of $1600 Firm. This is book value minus $$ for front fork seals and brand new chain and sprockets. Very fair imo for relatively low mileage 11 year old bike.

If you take the MSF class you don't have to take the DMV riding test. The Class is only about 16 hrs. Generally the class also gets you a discount with your insurance company.
