I am fairly new to Glock's but have Gen3 19 and 26 pistols, love them both and carry the 26 daily and am using the 19 for IDPA. I want to put a tritium front sight on both for indoor shooting but don't want to replace the rear as I like the Glock rear sight and only need to see the front sight quickly. Any suggestions as to brand that will still shoot to point of aim with the original rear sight. Thanks in advance for the help!

Glock makes night sights, they should match up just fine with the stock rear. I do not know if you can just get the front sight or have to boy a full set.

Call Ameriglo, they use Trigicon tritium in their sights and are still small enough to give you personalized service. Explain your need and allow them to recommend a solution. My advice comes thru experience with all of the major sight providers.

Like Bentbiker stated below - there is a discount. I used the letters GSSF and received the 10% discount.

Here's what you're looking for. TGS are great to deal with.
They have the Glock Factory Night Sights for $29.95 in stock.

I recommend the Glock Night Sights over Trijicon. The Glock night sights are made by Meprolight, but they are the exact same finish as the Glock slide. They give me a better sight picture than Trijicon, day and night, just my opinion.

Ask for the GlockTalk discount -- I think they are still giving 10% off. Since all Glock front sights are the same height (.165"), this should be a piece of cake.

I've got XS Bigdot sights on my G19 andd G26. Great for IDPA with fast target acquisition and very bright at night. Easy to install, they come with all the tools you might need. If you are in low light, how do you find your stock rear sights?

Go with Ameriglo, hands down, the best.

Dont get trijicon - horrible warranty service. PM me if you wish and I can tell you my nightmare with trijicon.

    Hi Dr. Bob,
I really only need to see the front sight for combat accuracy, even with my Kimber which came with Mepro night sights I use a Sharpy to black out the back dots. Learned this at Gunsite years ago, not for everyone but I've used this method on all my guns including two M and P's and it works for me.

I have the Ameriglo front sight on my G19 and G27. Each still has the factory rear plastic sight.

Thanks for the Ameriglo recommendation I called and talked to them...they were very helpful and charged me less then their advertised prices on the net. They asked how I heard about them and I told them Glocktalk , they seemed happy and grateful. Anyway nice folks to deal with.
    Stay safe...Evan

Is the orange outlined Ameriglo front site the right height to work with the stock Glock rear site on a 26? Will it work with an i dot rear on a 26?

I was told by Ameriglo that all their front sights are the same height as stock Glock sights and would work with the original back sight.
