I just sold my Glock 22 the other day to pick up a G23 today. I gotta say just the feel of this 23 is 10x's better then my 22 was and cant wait to get to the range next with it. My next purchase is either a G36 or a G29

  2. Good gun. Pretty much does everything your 22 will but is much easier to conceal. There is somethig about the 19 and the 23 that make them feel like the perfect balance of size and (for the 23)power. Congrats.

Hickok45 feels the same way about the 17/22/31. He said in a video that the 19/23/32 is the perfect size and he doesn't care to own a bigger Glock.

I've been thinking recently about selling my Glock 17 for something different. My 19 carries better and shoots just as well.

    Congratulations

I think you will enjoy that G23! That size gun is very easy to use.

As long as it's glock, and .40 caliber, I can carry what I want. My duty weapon is a 23C. Good guns.

Be ready. When switching frame sizes its common to pull the gun low/left as the shot breaks. If your gun shoots low left, it aint the gun (drop me an E mail and we'll fix you)

Yea that was one of the reasons i had to get me a 23 was for concealability.I took it to the range and i gotta say I loved it and its a more complete weapon to me.
I watch Hickok45 alot too LOL. I shot a 17 a while back and its good but nothing to the 19
I loved it today, not very much different from 19. I love the Gen4 too. I couldnt go back to the gen3 setup.
I love the .40 cal round. Thats what all my pistols are, but a xds may be in my near future.
A lil more time at the range and it will be probably taking the place of my pps as my ccw.

I did really good with accuracy today, i just gotta break the trigger in a lil more. I put about 200-250 rounds through it today. I do like the 5.5 lb trigger though

I like the compacts WAY more than the full size.

I agree, I sold a 22 and got a 23c and never looked back, The 22 was just to darn big.

Last year I bought a G23. I always wanted a G17 but after handling one the grip just felt too long and somewhat awkward... Maybe it's because I'm so used to the 32/23/19 grip, but now I really have no desire to get a full size. (I do own a G21 and I think the larger frame is a better fit). The 32/23/19 feels perfect.
