French labor minister says France is "totally bankrupt"

Discussion in 'The Okie Corral' started by Mr981, Jan 30, 2013.

  1. What? Is there an ink and paper shortage
in France? It's what we do.

"We can't be out of money, we still have
    ink and paper".

But I bet they don't have a 16 trillion dollar national debt, with the politicians getting us further and further in debt every minute.

    Somewhere in the air.
French President Hollande says that the Labor Minister misspoke - I think he might be right on the money. France's single largest cost is their socialized healthcare system. It's cost threatens France's membership in the EU. It has been described "as the best healthcare system that no one can afford."

  12. France cannot print like we do. We are good to go.:faint:
