    I reload a lot of calibers (9mm, 10mm, 45ACP, 45GAP, 38Spcl, 357 Mag, 44 Mag, 223Rem, 38 Super) - but not 40 S&W

Nevertheless, I've accumulated a few thousand rounds of "mixed range brass" in 40 S&W over the years - It's one and a half "large Folger's cans" worth.

Who wants'em? I'll even cover shipping so they're 100% free to you!

I'll "pick the winner" tonight (it's Sunday, 11 April 2010) before I go to bed (I'm in the Central time zone) and PM you for your address.

The winner will be whoever tells the best story (or "tale of woe") for why THEY should get the brass.

    Enjoy boys!

My name is Tom, and I'm a brass whore......

I have no story of woe, however, I'll trade you equal amounts of .45acp brass for your .40 stuff.

Give it to this guy ^. He didn't whine and is willing to give you something of value for it in exchange.

i don't reload .40 but i'd have to say something to this effect.

I deserve to receive the brass because I will use it to introduce new people into shooting.

I will use it to inoculate people against the anti-gun agenda.

I will use it to enlighten and bring smiles to people who just discovered another way to take care of themselves and be self reliant.

    Just a few thoughts

The force is strong with this one!

I wonder if having a pile of brass for a caliber I don't even own a gun for makes me a brass whore? :whistling:

You got a deal, Tom - I'll PM you for your address and ship it out tomorrow. Then you can ship me the 45 brass when you get this stuff and see how much of it there is.

Pleasure doing business with you good sir!

    PM replied, thanks!

I HAVE a 1911 in .45acp (and one in Super and one in 9mm) but all of my brass storage is full in this caliber (2x 20mm cans, 4x .50 cal cans, 2x .30 cal cans). I'm moving at the end of May to NE and just don't have room for another 5gal bucket (or so) of .45 brass. This is my least often shot caliber, and least amount of brass I have "stored":whistling::supergrin:

I have the same problem, almost a whole 5 gallon bucket full of it from the range, it's tarnished though.
