Found a weird round today

My friend who works for a security company was cleaning out the company arsenal and found these really weird rounds. He gave me one and asked if I've ever seen one before, which I haven't. It is a 9mm luger, but the bullet is shorter than regular 9mms and has a rounded black plastic tip. The sides of the bullet are also straight and angled to the plastic part, rather than curved slightly as it gets smaller at the tip. The case is obviously the same as other 9mm cases, its silver, not brass colored. Around the primer it says "MIDWAY 9MM LUGER." Does this sound familiar to anyone?

How do you upload photos? Do you have to use photobucket or something?
