Did anyone else go to the game?
Beginning in the 4th quarter, the Vile fans, I mean Vol fans, were headed to the exits like they were drawing a government check and someone offered them a job.

Have to admit - I laughed out loud with the "they can't find Auburn on a map, they think we are in Georgia" line.

I think they stack up well with LSU if you compare the two teams.
As for the last part of your post, at least we agree on something. :tongueout: I was hoping that AU would be ranked high when they came to Tuscaloosa. Oh well, maybe next year. If Bama develops a decent QB, they might be tough in 09 as well.

alabama better hope and pray that they win this year. they have absolutely no excuse not to. their 4 million dollar horse is either about to come in first or break a leg. and if he fails, what then? cant wait to hear the excuses and posturing.

the problem with being #1 is that you have nowhere to go but down.

tubs has a way of winning games everyone says he should lose.

    good luck bama.

Tubs has a problem. Twenty-two of them. Got to let them know they can beat 'Bama!

I'm gonna TRY not to let my alligator mouth overload my hummingbird *** this year, but I think odds are about 50/50 we'll make it 7 in a row.

I think Coach Saban continues to earn his paycheck and gives the Bama fans (myself included) the win they need. I was planning on going to Tuscaloosa for the game but since it is an afternoon kickoff, I will just watch it at home.

If Alabama plays a decent game (a la Clemson, Arkansas) then they should beat Auburn. If they play like they did against Kentucky, I won't be happy but I will take a win.

Care to modify your post as of 12-3-08?
As for beating struggling teams, Auburn beat a probation saddled Alabama team during the last 6 years and I don't think any were blow outs. Hell, if JPW had not fumbled late in the game last year it might have been a Bama win.

JPW is a Joke UF will prove that Sat.

Why modify. Tubbs is still at Auburn. Just not as head coach. He will be very involved with AU football. It must be nice to have $6 million of free money and relaxation. Jimbo will straighten things out.

Not now. Not in Atlanta. Just make a quick stop at exit 51 on I-85 on your way home to pick up some cryin' towels. I think there's a few left.

Nah... I dont think anybody is crying on exit 51. Bad season this year. But good times are coming. Mark my word.

    ps
Or pick them up in Atlanta while you are there. Im sure The Bulldawgs have a few crying towels left.
