Food preserrvation blog

  1. Hello,

I have a friend who has started a food preservation blog Enjoy you Garden Bounty Year Round. To my knowledge she is not what we would consider a "prepper." What she is though is a researcher of Victorian culture, specifically home arts. Her hobby is researching and re-creating Victorian recipies, clothing patterns and other aspects of material culture.

This blog is like a cross between a foodie blog and a prepper blog. She has little insights about canning, dehydrating, gardening, recipies, and farmers markets.

    From the blog:

"Enjoy your Garden Bounty Year Round is about preserving food in numerous ways. The topics include pressure canning, hot-water bath canning, drying, dehydrating, freezing, and pickling. It also covers purchasing produce at Farmer's Markets."
