For me it's that nasty stringy white stuff that's in a freshly cracked egg. That stuff that looks like snot or sperm.

I pick it out of every egg before I cook them.

    It's called Chalazae.

I'll eat just about anything except for monkey/prime-apes. They're too close to humans, and I'm not into cannibalism.

Pickled herring, sardines in a tin and sea urchin sushi.
Everything else is fair game, and I've eaten many weird things.

I seriously think I would TRY anything once. But there are some things that I would rather not eat. Pickled beets and human placenta.

The only things I can think of are
Olives, fish has to be fresh, if I can smell or taste a hint of "fishyness" I won't touch it!
    That's about it.

    Olives, Onions, Mustard.

Any of those 3 things will absolutely ruin a meal for me and make it uneatable.

Many years ago , I stated that I would eat the anus out of a 2 week old road kill if I was hungry enough .Thankfully , I've never had to resort to that but I think I can eat anything , My wife love it !

I've had the raw urchin before. And haggis.

And, one of these days, I WILL eat a pickled pig's foot from a nasty, dirty jar at a bar.

Boy, the onion thing has to be a real pain when eating out. Almost everything has onion in it. If it's not the number 1 most common flavor-providing ingredient, it's top 5 for sure.

I just ask for no onions on everything, which is a pain because people seem to put that horrible product on Everything! If it is grilled and finely chopped and mixed into something then I can't really tell. As long as I can't pick out the onion taste then I am fine. If it is a raw hunk just sitting there, then I will pick though my food and move them all to a pile on the side of the plate.

pickled anything just strikes me as odd. herring, actual pickles... whatever. bleh.

large chunks of onion, when mixed in with food. it's kinda gross when you're eating a nice bowl of chili and then *crunch*, explosion of nasty onion flavor in your mouth.

Of common things...pickles and pickled anything. So gross! I hate grissle and fat on meats too and will carve and trim off nearly every bit I see.
