About how long is the state taking to renew our licenses these days?

How long are the new licenses good for now?

I made the mistake by not sending my paperwork in as soon as I finished the safety class. Now that I decide to come up with 75 bucks and send it in, everyone else decides to.
This is rediculous, I can't even buy ammo from wal mart because its all sold out...........
