I just installed a set of Ameriglo classic sights on my G19 today and had a question. I had to do a little fitting on the sight b/c it was extremely tight even when using the Glock sight pusher. Should I have refinished the sight where the finish was removed so it won't rust?

You could've, but I'd just put some drops of oil around the rear sight and let it soak into the rear sight notch around the rear sight every now and then.
