I have shot and not liked a 22 and 23(sorry, not a big fan of 40), and just recently shot a Gen 3 17 that I shot ok. A deal came up on a barely used 34 that I was considering using for USPSA Production Class. I currently use a slightly modified CZ SP01 but wanted to try a stricker fired.

I shot it for the first time Friday night, putting 100 trouble free rounds through it. I was fairly accurate with it, but I did notice that if I wrapped my hand tightly the lower part of the trigger guard hurt my finger. If I slightly modified my grip, moving my fingers over a little, it seemed to be ok.

Has anyone else experienced this? Are my hands too big for this gun? I normally like full sized guns. Would I be better off looking for a Gen 4 with the different grips?
