First Ar-15!

    Okay, got a S&W 5.45 M&P15 w/ TNW Piston kit and some other goodies.

    I have only owned AK's

    Any manuals or videos on AR's for dummies? Also for piston cleaning and maintanence

    Congrats! After many years of gun tradin' I got my first AR a few weeks ago. There is a WHOLE bunch of stuff on Youtube.

    Thanks. Coming from all ak's, the AR world is pretty amazing. It's like going from fuel injection to carburetor

    Oh, I dunno. I don't know what all the hoopla is all about. I live in the boonies and I've been well protected for many years with an AK47.:supergrin:

    only difference between an ar and an ak is you have to clean the ar, the link below is pretty good. i have no idea on the piston, i don't like conversions anways

    Hey newbie, I believe half of what I hear and half of what I read. There could be 16 yr old snot-nosed kids on M4Carbine.net as well. Please.:upeyes:
