Isn't that kidnapping? A parent has the authority over the child. The school and its officials need to arrested and convicted.
Also, who the hell says school policy is the law.
Why do the children who are walking have to wait until 2:35 if the others who have a ride can leave at 2:00? These Obama teachers are becoming little Hitlers.
Children belong to the State when they are in their care. The Liberal State.

that looks like a problem for the school and the S.O.
I don't know how it started since the video picks up after the deputy and the father had words in the school lobby, but something doesn't seem right with this.
I don't imagine a "sheriff deputy and school resource officer" is quite at the top of the pay scale in law enforcement. Unless that job is held by a recently retired experienced officer with some good common sense, then it is at the other end of the spectrum, which would be a recent academy graduate that can't get a job anywhere else. We have one of each in our school system fitting those two experience descriptions. The new guy is crazy.
