I posted this in GNG but meant to post it here...
Like I said in the GNG thread the police should have sued for the ammo they used.

I don't think she has a case but with the bleeding heart liberals nowadays I bet she gets some award.

    Bah.

I'm sure she will win something, undeserved as it may be.

On the upside, for the $3M or so she gets, at least Jose won't be doing no more drug dealing, home invasions, and murders.

Absolutely she'll get something. Welcome to the United, Litigious States of America.

    This country needs:

    1) Term limits for federal politicians. (We'll get to the state politicians in due time..)

    AND......

    2) TORT REFORM!

Sorry guys but I'm on the other end of this one,,I predict she gets nothing as they won't settle on this.

I have been involved in a few and was sued and luckily I worked for a place that backed us up and the family got ZERO then declared bankruptcy..

Arizona falls under the 9th circuit. 5th covers tx,la and ms. 6th covers ky, tn, oh and mi.
