Exercise Bike

Discussion in 'Strength & Conditioning' started by AirMountainMan, Oct 25, 2004.

  1. I/we prefer the road/trail but the weather is changing and the amount of daily sunlight is diminishing.

My wife and I stagger our workouts to accomodate 3 young children. So we are looking to get something to use indoor.

I have a stand for the bike but, it is very loud and not real smooth.

What is your experience with exercise bikes? Is a recumbnent bike better/worse than an upright?

    Thanks for the help!!

I dont like recumbent bikes. To weird. I like the standard up right bikes. I like the magnet resistant stationary bike. Very quite and comfortable to ride indoors.

I prefer recumbent bikes because they are much easier on the testicles.
