Given the recent little problem in the Gulf, the idea that oil companies should be subjected to rigorous oversight makes sense. Don't agree? Just go ask the folks whose livelihoods and property has been damaged. Go ask the folks who had to deal with the consequences of the Exxon Valdez "accident."

Hopefully, yes, we'll off Obama and his EPA in the next election.

    Enough thuggery and lawlessness.

  5. That kind of thinking shows why the EPA went so hard after the Sacketts.

When J. Edgar Hoover wanted to crack down on crime, that's exactly what he did.

We should be putting a boot on the throat of these bureaucrats, where do they get this attitude?

I think we should make an example of them by shrinking the agency to two people ....

(Both to be 'fire at will' employees ....)
