This creep and his customers are probably illegal aliens, not that it matters the the Santa Fe 'law enforcement' people. From the local paper today:

"SFPD spokeswoman Celina Westervelt said on Wednesday that the two victims who had come forward were Spanish-only speakers, as is Kestler. His or his clients' immigration status "wouldn't be relevant to the case," Westervelt said.

"These guys could be from Mars for all we know but that's not the crime that's being committed," she said.

My wife had a broken tooth pulled by a retired dentist whom came to the house and removed the tooth under the carport, for about 1/4 the cost of what a licensed dentist cost, he did a great job no pain at all..
Would use him again, license or not...

I have Spanish friends, Peru to be exact that are citizens and they have all their dental work done by a guy that comes to the house. I have no idea if its legal or licensed or even sterile.

I would feel slightly more comfortable with a guy who was an honorably retired dentist who happened to not have a current license because he was no longer practicing versus some guy named Keister who apparently never was an actual dentist. But I might still go to one with a current license, out of.. wait for it.. an abundance of caution.
