Ed's Red on Glock polymer

    I'm new to using Ed's Red cleaning solution, but I'm impressed. I know enough to keep it off my wood stocks because the acetone can harm most finishes. But what about the polymer parts of a Glock? Does anyone know for sure if these parts are safe in Ed's Red?

    I use a variation of ed's but I leave the acetone out. Should be an issue on the glock frame, but I have never really gotten it on the frame and if I did I wiped it right off with no ill effect
