How do you erase the history in Windows XP? I bet almost everybody knows that.

    Thank you

I do it by having my browser open select "Tools" "Internet Options" and clear history folder and also cookies. You can also set it to clear history folder after an item is so old. I don't know if this is the proper way or not but it's they way I have been doing it.

    for Mozilla FireFox users its:

    Tools / Options / Privacy / History

I also use some other program, Windows washer 6.0 seems to do a good job also. It is faster to go to tools / Options / Privacy / History if you want the simple way.

You can but it's a PITA.

    "C:\Documents and Settings\**USER NAME**\Local Settings\History".

Your account name goes here "**USER NAME**"

Use the IE Options, it's much esaier.

Edited to add: You will have to delete the files on each account.
