    I found a G17 Gen 3 , with a 2 pin frame, and no LCI , DXT prefix for $400.

I know the extractor is old style since it's flat. The original owner says 500 or so rounds fired.

What would be a deal breaker on this gun?

It comes with 2 10 round mags, but I have real ones also.

The 10 rounders would become range mags, or carry mags should I need to drive thru a Commie State.

The Glock info puts it around late 2000 build

My first Glock (and handgun) was a DSK prefix 2-pin G17. I Paid $450 for the gun and 3 NFML 17 round magazines. Granted this was in 2008. If the gun really only has 500 rounds through it (look for lack of barrel 'smiley') and has the case/accessories, I could conceivably see $500, but more realistically $450-$475.

I have an early gen 3 2 pin 17. I love the ease of taking down the 2 pin guns. I would buy it shoot the heck out of it and never look back!

I didn't know what you meant by a barrel smiley, so I broke down my well used 19, and now I know what it is. Thanks for the input

Those two things! $400, is no great deal on a 17, no matter the Gen, and 10 round mags is no gift. Offer $350, and if your offer is taken, run with it!

Around here 400 would be a decent price but not a great deal.

I told him I wouldn't do nothing until I called Glock on Monday , with the full serial number to check it's history and to see if it needs updates.

I haven't heard back yet and he was prompt with the pics and other info.

I failed to call Glock on my PCZ100 G19 and was treated with brass to the face
