Glock 19, gen 4. Was required to shoot 9mm in the academy.

Glock 22, gen 4. Carried it for about 6 months at my current gig, realized I should kept the 19, so I sold it and went back.

Glock 19, gen 4 in a 6360 with a tlr-1. Been carrying it for about 6 months as I've only been working for about a year. I have no plans to switch right now. Capacity over a bigger round is my main concern and the 19 fits my hand.

I carry a personally owned Colt 6920 every day without fail. Dept has mossy 500/590 shotguns in the cruisers.

    1987-1988--S&W M64, fixed sight .38 Spl.

    1988-1999--S&W M669/6906--9mm

    1999-Present--Sig Sauer P226 later a P226R

The revolver was smooth. The 6906 was a bit short in barrel length. The Sig is a great gun.

Lets see if I can remember...

Started in 1993 with a Browning HP, and Colt 1911 Commander LW.

In 1994 added a Beretta 92 Centurion in the rotation....wish I would have kept that one.

Then in 1995 moved over to all double action autos and added a Sig 220 and 229..started getting on board with the 40 cal craze.

In 1996 switched over to Glock starting with a second gen G23 and G22. I still carry Glocks and have or have owned the following models and quantity.... (3) G23's, (2) G22's, (3) G17's , (2) G27, (2) G26, (2) G32, (1) G21SF, (1) G36 and (3) G19's. A Springfield XD45 a few M&P's and a PPQ in there as well, but I haven't found anything that can beat the Glock platform for my intended use as a duty weapon.
