That is funny. I had a classmate who had all the sayings/stickers/etc (Calvin taking a leak on the blue oval) He had hats with stuff like that. ( I would rather push a Chevy then drive a FORD)
Well he took his family on vacation. Got about 300miles and the Chevy died. (3/4 ton DSL crew cab dually) So he bought a 1/2 ton Ford that was about 8 yrs older then his fancy Chevy. He had mounts made and PULLED that Chevy with the camper on it and family back to MN AFTER he took them to FL in the Ford. I.E. on the way home. He then used that Ford until he got new engine for Chevy. He then SOLD the FORD for more then he paid for it and a week later he bought another Ford. WHY BECAUSE HIS CHEVY BROKE DOWN AGAIN.
ANY brand can and will break. Just makes it fun when person is die hard brand loyal.
