I'm wanting a full size, single stack, .45ACP, LDA 1911.

I didn't see any on Para-Ordinance's website, and the [out of stock] gun that fits my description on Impact Gun's website is 14 round double stack.

Any help? External safety would be great too.

Not sure, but it wouldn't be a 1911 anyway.

Para is junk, by the way.

Para Ordnance is the only game in town for a new LDA.
Like Brian stated, Para's quality is very questionable at best.

If I wanted a DAO, I would look first at a SIG-Sauer DAK or a H&K LEM. Either would be miles ahead of a PO LDA for reliability.

Not a single stack, The Sig P250 in 45 has a fantastic DAO trigger system.

On the Colt web sight there is a 1911 DAO, I never saw or read a review of one yet.

I would stick to the Sig P250 or any classic Sig Sauer P line in DAK.
