Does pulled bullet brass need to be resized?

Say, you mess up, and undercharge a few rounds, but catch the error before they make it off the press. One has had a bullet seated. After using the kinetic puller to remove the bullet, does the brass need to be resized again, or just recharge, seat another bullet, and remove the flare?

If it matters... .45acp, jacketed bullets.

Pull out the decapping pin and resize it, flare, et cetera.

I always do for everything I load for but especially in .45acp where mouth tension is very important not only in performance and round to round consistentcy, but also in decreasing the odds of bullet set back.

^^AGREE^^ Both are correct. Neck tension suffers when you pull bullets, handgun or rifle.

Nope, re-bell the case mouth. I've done it on several occasions.
I don't reuse the bullet though.
Why resize when the case hasn't expanded?

Why wouldn't you reuse the bullet? I reuse pulled bullets all the time w/o problems.

  9. I just check visually to make sure it isn't damaged.
