    I am glad her "status" did not keep the officer from doing his job

    I don't think she is washed up, but I do think they were both intoxicated at the time. Good catch on the part of the officer.

    What’s the problem? The leftist elite have their own set of rules.

    They don’t have to follow laws intended for the commoners.

    Why is she famous?
    Sure, we've all heard of her, but is Legally Blonde her greatest accomplishment?
    What did I miss?

    Can't stand her, never could. For every person you find that says Kirsten Dunst has a hot body/odd face you have 10 people saying that Witherspoon is gorgeous. I just don't get it.

    I don't think Reese has been great looking since that B&W movie with Toby McGuire. Not to say that having kids is bad, but once she started spewing out babies, her face changed more - and not for good. Dunst is pretty cute to me.

    Of course, sometimes it's what you do with it. ScarJo isn't the most gorgeous actress in Hollywood, but the way she USES her face - the looks and such - make her far far far more attractive.

  11. It's never a good idea to get liquored up and start mouthing at the cops.

    Yeah, because Scarlett Johanson's luscious lips and sweet tatas has nothing to do with her being attractive either.:faint:

    § 16-11-39. Disorderly conduct

    (a) A person commits the offense of disorderly conduct when such person commits any of the following:

    (1) Acts in a violent or tumultuous manner toward another person whereby such person is placed in reasonable fear of the safety of such person's life, limb, or health;

    (2) Acts in a violent or tumultuous manner toward another person whereby the property of such person is placed in danger of being damaged or destroyed;

    (3) Without provocation, uses to or of another person in such other person's presence, opprobrious or abusive words which by their very utterance tend to incite to an immediate breach of the peace, that is to say, words which as a matter of common knowledge and under ordinary circumstances will, when used to or of another person in such other person's presence, naturally tend to provoke violent resentment, that is, words commonly called "fighting words"; or

    (4) Without provocation, uses obscene and vulgar or profane language in the presence of or by telephone to a person under the age of 14 years which threatens an immediate breach of the peace.

    From the above, Ms Witherspoon would have had to do more than merely 'refusing to get back in the car' to warrant a conviction. Of course... you can be arrested for eating a ham sandwich on Sunday to the detriment of public order even though it'll get thrown out in court as long as the officer 'acted in good faith.'
