I saw this on TV a few years ago. The people were going on and on about how it was better that the sum of its parts. In olive oil fry eggs so that they are unbroken yolks that are still runny. Now on a plate drizzle them with Very good Olive Oil. Grate Parmesan Reggiano over the top. Now take some good crusty bread and dip. It really does taste way better than it should.
