    The Dinkylink system is an IR repeater kit for remote controls and such. It allows you to put all your AV components (Receiver, BRD player, Cable Box, etc.) either behind a cabinet, or even in a different room, and still control them with your normal remote control(s). We put the IR receiver usually right below your TV then run the repeaters to all the components (wherever they may be).
