Can anybody point me to good sources for tasty diabetic-friendly recipes? I can't seem to find much on the web. Most sites seem to have only a handful of options. Not very encouraging.

    TIA,

A series of books by Barry Sears.

They can get better results than the "Diabetes Diet"
better sugar control less adveres health risks.

    Lots of information in them.

I think I liked Mastering The Zone best.

I just went to the charts and picked the foods off the Good List
that I liked. I lost about 60 lbs. My Dr. is happy with my "sugar"

For instance 1/4 cup of baked beans = 6 cups of salad I like to eat and the salad was more filling.

Vic, Atkins recipes are diabetic friendly too, since folks on Atkins stay away from sugar and limit their carb intake. I have tons of links to recipes. If you are interested, send me an email and I'll give them to you. :)
