Has anyone had the cylinder to rotate backward after firing? The previously fired case is again presented under the hammer at full cock.

Plus P and recoil forces to blame or misfit star/ratchet?

    Thanks,

open the frame and clean everything. The cylinder stop is not snapping up to lock the cylinder in place.

    I think.

S@W had that problem with the early model 29's and even the SW500 revolver.

I'm no gunsmith but I think that there has got to be a problem with the internal working of your 'snub' A good cleaning will work wonders but if you try a little 'do it yourself' type stuff you may end up causing more problems than you solve.
