    Could somebody tell me for SURE if I can fire 7.62 NATO in a .308 rifle?
    I know about the pressure difference, but is the size difference enough so you cannot use it?

    Not necessarily the case. Please read the second link I posted.

    50,000 (7.62) vs. 62,000 (.308) psi pressure max.

    This is wrong. I try to remember that it's just the opposite of the .223/5.56 question.
