Corn Casserole

    My family has loved this for years..

    1 Stick of butter
    1 package of cream cheese
    2 cans of white corn (drained)
    1 small can of chopped green chilies (do not drain)

    Melt the butter and cream cheese together over medium heat. In a glass baking dish combine the corn and chilies. Once the butter and cream cheese have melted together combine with corn and chilies. Mix well, salt & pepper to taste. Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes.

    I think you just made this up! ;)

    I don't see what would keep this from being just a lava-like liquid that you could spoon over Nachos
    or garlic toast or something...

    'I think' you'd need to mix in some kinda cornbread batter or something to 'bake' this,
    so it'd hold kinda firm...
    Otherwise you're just melting butter and cream cheese all bubbly...

    I dunno...
    It's got corn in it, and I loves me some corny-orny-orn!
