    At least they didn't shoot her.

    Whoever is in charge of making sure they are at the right place needs to go to prison, for years.

    Nothing will be done. She will be told it was all her fault. Nothing will be done at all... except for maybe someone making a joke out of it.

    Not really funny, this seems to be an epidemic. If I perform services on the wrong person, even once, it's reasonable grounds for dismissal. Seems like the penalty for this thing should be elevated to a point that it inhibits future mistakes.
