    Been lurking for a few... Thinking of buying a COOKSHACK Smoker today.
    Family of 4, weekend BBQ nut, occassionally cooks for co-workers. Smoker is about $475.00, Pro and Cons from all welcome.:wavey:

    A buddy of mine has one. He seems satisfied with it and the food that comes out of it is good.

    I bought a Bradley smoker at about the same time he got his Cookshack smoker so we have dueling BBQ's sometimes. Both do the job well.

    Thanks for reply, after more research i ordered a CookShack 008 smoker yesterday. Can not wait to smoke some ribs and hams now...
