Congressman Thomas Rooney Poll on gun control etc

    Congressman Thomas Rooney has posted a poll to gauge interest in the assault weapons ban, magazine restrictions etc. I have put the link below. You will need to send it to yourself via email, the button (tell a friend) is at the top right portion of the page otherwise your vote won't count (it will appear as if the original person keeps revoting).

    Voted. We are ahead in every category except the one for "universal background checks".
     

  13. It depends how you define "we being ahead". I voted for universal background checks.

    When I go to public ranges in South Florida, I sometimes wonder who has access to weapons.

    With Universal background checks, you can get universal registration and universal government approval before you can buy a gun.

    This also means that FFLs will be able to charge much more for transaction.
