I hold an Ohio CCW permit and will be passing through NC and SC. Am I okay to conceal in the car in those states? I am having a hard time finding definitive information that doesn't require a law degree to understand.

    Thanks

Yep... Their RV/Car Carry pdf is clear as mud. Gives me the impression it better be locked up in both states with the option of open in plain sight in NC.

Doesn't sound concealed friendly to me. I know these states have reciprocity with Ohio. Am I missing something?

As for North Carolina, your Ohio permit is fully recognized. You can carry concealed in most facilities except for places like restaurants that serve alcohol, events that charge admission like games and concerts, and government buildings. If you have an official interaction with a law enforcement officer (speeding ticket for example), you must inform him that you have a permit and are carrying.

Thanks. I Never thought to look at Ohio's AG page for reciprocity info.
