In these branches, tellers and account coordinators spell out friendly and smiling faces everytime (don't know with other branches). System is GREAT! Pagpasok mo, bibigyan ka ng number ng guard and just wait until your number is called for or flashed in the screen-tapos turn mo na to be served. AT HABANG NAGHIHINTAY KA...NAKA-UPO KA! (sa West Avenue nga, may pa-candy pa) They have tellers to cater to IN HOUSE ACCOUNTS and 1 or 2 to facilitate OTHER BRANCHES ACCOUNTS. VERY SYSTEMATIC !!! This, mainly, is the reason why this bank is now number 1 or number 2. CONDEMNATION: THE EXACT OPPOSITE!!! This bank lets you STAND THERE IN QUEUE for as long as they sweetly take their time to serve clients. Go to any branch of this bank on a MONDAY. WHEW! SUSUMPUNGIN KA NG SAKIT NG ARTHRITIS MO...SA TAGAL MONG NAKATAYO! And mind you, in about 10-12 branches of this bank that I've gone-the manager will just take a look at the long lines of people and amusingly go back sucking the mouthpiece of the telephone (sometimes giggling pa nga eh!) If you are a LOWLY account holder, may line KUNO para sa'yo. BUT if you are A BIG CLIENT...para kang may passport at visa na DUMIRECHO DUON SA WALANG PILA. THIS IS PLAIN AND SIMPLE...DISCRIMINATION! Now you will ask me...eh BAKIT KA PA NAKIKIPAG-DEAL SA BANK NA YUN? Kasi nga may mga taong we have to deposit some amount as their commission. Eh ang bangko nila...ito ngang LINTIK NA ITO!!! Sinasabihan na nga namin na LUMIPAT NA ng ibang bangko eh. I tried talking to 3 managers of this system. The reply was..."I-REPORT NYO PO SA HIGHER-UP" INAKUPU!!!
