Which particular XSE? I have a Combat Elite that's in the XSE lineup and it's one of my more accurate pistols. It has a nice finish and is well fitted. If you want a Colt, I haven't heard too many people say the were unhappy with a recent Combat Elite purchase. The only thing I wish were different on mine is to have front strap checkering, but you don't often see that in this price range.

The Special Combat is their best, albeit expensive.

They're $1,000 per set and you get a free gun with them.

As far as I know you can't get them except from Colt and they aren't on their website.

Cheap wal-mart knock offs. Only way I can afford the Colt!!!!!

I have to wear them most of the time due to a foot and leg injury.

    Comfy too!!!

  18. Nice!

Did you send it back to Colt for the checkering, or somewhere else?
