Code Red Lower? I think they're scammers.

I was reluctant to post this because I'm afraid of backlash for being a whistle blower.

    But here is my experience.

I ordered my lower in December. I was told at the time of sale it would be a 3-4 week wait period.

Its now been 9 weeks and they are still not giving any customers a time period of delivery.

Furthermore on their Facebook page I am starting to see things that worry me.

One customer said he requested a refund after waiting 6 weeks and it has been over 10 days with no refund.

I'm scared to ask for a refund now because I think they're going to pocket the money and I'll end up getting nothing.

I don't understand how you can run a business and quote people 3-4 weeks and then it's taking 10 weeks and you are providing no answers.

I'm starting to think it's actually a scam company. I've seen so many complaints on their facebook page and I'm seeing "customers" who are saying they ordered in January and the lower was delivered this past week.

How is it that someone who ordered after me got their lower when the owner (Tony) said it was first come first serve?

Something doesn't add up and it smells fishy.

If you ordered from Code Red. let me know whats going on.

I'm honestly getting concerned at this point.

If I had known it was going to be 10-12 weeks I would have ordered from JSE Surplus and the lower would have been here by now.
