I am looking for a CMP club in Columbia South Carolina. Any suggestions?

M1 Carbines are coming and I need one...and a garand or two.

Have you seen how many M1s they don't have anymore? Makes me wish I hadn't cancelled my order about a year ago. But I needed the cash for something else. Now I don't a membership to the club I was going to use as my affiliation, and I don't have the money to sign up for them again either. :crying: :crying:

Anyway. Have you checked their club affiliation list for your state? It's quite extensive, I am sure you will recognize some names on it. I was surprised how many choices I had, and that I already belonged to one of them at the time.

They are slow in getting your application processed though. I sent my renewal in back in Jan, still waiting for the credentials. The check still has to be cashed that I sent.

Then there is the Garand Collectors Assn. They will send your info to the CMP

I am a member of both actually.
