If you're squeamish, don't scroll down. Move along.

If you're man and you don't cringe at this then there's something wrong with you.

If the choice was LaBeefa or the fence, I'd choose the fence.

    No kidding.

I worked with a guy who had shot a nice 4 point and was dragging it a short distance to a better place to clean it. He slipped and fell, skewering his... um... parts on the cheater horn.

He very nearly bled out before he made it to help.

thats crazy. deer jump into some weird situations.

my buddy was pulling a small trailer behind his big Duramax Chev. it was raining and windy, but he said he heard something hit his trailer. He thought it was road debris or a branch or something. He gets home an hour later and sees a doe stuck in the trailor tongue and chain rigging. it was sad, poor thing ground its legs off.

she got a proper burial in the freezer.

    not lethal.
physics - i.e.- jump angles do not corroborate.
    more documentation necessary.

Accidents of that type that aren't fatal are more common than you might think. A couple of years ago I culled a buck on my place to fill my tag. he had unusual antlers and while he had a "harum" of 3 does they had produced no fawns in 2 years. Upon performing a "necropsy" (that is field dressing, skinning, and such to the uninitiated) I discovered scarring and a lot of "nothings" where there should have been "somethings". Othe rpeople have noted the same thing. we generally attibute it to barbed wire on the top level of fencing.

    "Coastal Mountain Oysters"

To differentiate between the "Rocky Mountain" variety.
