    The way I read it, IF the guy was shot in the backside, it sounds like it may very well be a bad shoot. i.e. you cannot shoot the guy if he is running away.

    Too many facts still not in evidence--and knowing our local media's general lack of mental acuity, it will probably take several days for us to piece the true story together.

    Maybe if it happened in the same community as the LEO chief that had a 'ND' and blamed it on that Glock being unsafe he could get off?

    I have been told that the shooter will not be charged, but am unable to confirm that via Cinti news websites. Has anyone seen this story?
