Christmas Spirits

    Allan's Irish Cream

    1 cup light cream
    1 can Eagle sweetened condensed milk -- (14 ounce)
    1 2/3 cups Irish whiskey
    1 tsp instant coffee
    2 Tbsp Hershey's chocolate syrup
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    1 tsp almond extract

    Combine all the ingredients in a blender on high speed for 30 seconds. Bottle in a tightly sealed container and refrigerate. The liqueur will keep for at least 2 months if kept cool. Be sure to shake the bottle well before serving.

    The amount of Irish whiskey can be adjusted to taste. This is great in your morning coffee!

    Allan's Coffee Liqueur

    2 cups water
    2 cups white sugar
    1/2 cup instant coffee
    1/2 vanilla bean -- chopped*
    1 cup vodka
    1/2 cup brandy

    Boil water and sugar until dissolved. Turn off heat and slowly add dry
    instant coffee and continue stirring. Add a chopped vanilla bean to the
    vodka, then combine the cooled sugar syrup and coffee solution with the
    vodka and brandy. Cover tightly and shake vigorously each day for a month. Store in a dark bottle.

    *vanilla extract can be substituded.

    1/2 gallon of canadian whiskey
    blackberry brandy
    myers rum
    asti spumante
    sangria
    plum wine

    that should last till tonight!!! ;f ;f ;f

    1/3 cup Sweet Vermouth
    2/3 cup Jack Daniels Bourbon
    1 TBS Marachino Cherry juice
    Ice

    Place all ingredients in a shaker & shake. Strain into "on the rocks" glass over ice and a marachino cherry (w/ stem).
