Yesterday I went and dropped off my CHP application at the Bedford County Circuit Court. From what I had read on the website, the process was supposed to take three weeks, and you had to go pick it up.

Three weeks seemed pretty quick compared to what others were reporting, so I was ok with that. When I dropped it off, however, I was told that it would be ready in TWO WEEKS :)supergrin:) and that they would mail it to me.

So to everyone out there waiting 60-90 days for their permit, :tongueout:.

Bedford is a great county with a great sheriff.

  3. After I picked it up from Sheriff Brown, I dropped it off and Bedford County had it back to me in 3 days.

    Love Bedford County!

My permit just came in the mail today. Exactly two weeks after I dropped off my application at the clerk's office. Thank you Bedford County.

  6. Wonder why I took so long?
