I currently have a .245 Dawson FO front sight (with stock rear) on my G19.

POI is low compared to POA.

Can anyone recommend a matching rear, serrated site (Heine, 10-8, Warren, etc.) that would match my front sight? I'm trying to maintain my POA/POI.

    Thanks.

I would choose the Warren/Sevigny rear, which uses a .245 front. I use a Warren/Sevigny set with a FO front.

It would have to shoot pretty low using a .245 front with a stock rear.
