    In Him.
I have an older Chinese SKS that is missing all the operating parts; bolt assembly, op rod, spring, bolt cover, etc. Rifle is in very good shape, chrome bore, almost new, except some spots of surface rust. Places like SARCO, sum up to about $250 for everything, last time I checked.

Any place to get the whole deal for less?

(Sorry if this is posted in wrong place.)

    Thanks!

The very early Chinese SKS's were assembled using Soviet-made parts, but went to Chinese-made parts pretty quickly. Try Dan at Chestnut Ridge in northern PA. He had a bunch of Yugoslavian SKS's that he said were too rough to sell as firearms and he stripped the receivers to sell the parts. I don't know if he has any parts left or if the parts you need can be replaced with Yugoslavian parts.

Call Dan and ask him. The SKS parts are not on his website and never were.
