Just drank a beer, then shared a bottle of Da Vinci Chianti with the wife. Wow, that is pretty good. Had some apple slices and sharp cheddar cheese with the wine. The kid stole half my cheese, but I got enough.
Where is the "I'm drunk" smiley?
Am I in GTSD now, or do I have to fill out a form or something?

Try fresh liver and fava beans with chianti. It comes highly recommended. :)

Wine (specifically Chianti) is one thing the Italians do right. There are a lot of good ones on the shelf for cheap.

Not a big fan. Most bottles taste. . . thin. Like its real red wine watered down or something.

Some Chianti can be thin but the good stuff goes great with pasta and lamb dishes, IMO. Look for the Gallo Nero, 2006, 2007, 2009.

This is the bottle on the table in "Hannibal", from the scene where he carefully cleans his fingerprints from the wine glass, very nice Chianti, BTW. I still have nightmares from that movie, yikes.

You can't get in until you get the letters in the right order. :tongueout: Good luck doing that while you're drunk.
