How does one change out a mag release off a S&W 908?

Mines broken and I have the part on the way.

Are you the same poster who asked this question in the S&W enthusiast forum (where I provided some info)?

Cool. I thought you might be, but I wanted to make sure rather than repeat the same info.

Let me know how it works out for you. Just remember the large end of the spring goes toward the plastic nut. If you come across a copy of the existing 3rd gen armorer manual, the picture of the Value Line/CS mag catch assembly spring (disassembled) is mistakenly reversed and shows the wrong spring orientation. I've been told it will be corrected with the next version.
