Add Minnesota to our state reciprocity ccw list bringing it to 33 states and counting next will be West Virginia according to the A.G.

Cool, too bad you have to go through Illinois to get to Minnesota.

Is there a ferry that bypasses IL?

I would like to know the source of this info please.
It would be great news for me if true, my kids live in the Minneapolis area, and I travel there a couple of times a year.

Go find the MN AG office website. Google is your friend.

Well, I just took a look at their web sight and could find no information there regarding reciprocity, so I just fired off an email to the AG of Minnesota asking about reciprocity with our state. Will see if I get an answer from her office.

Might be one that crosses into Sheyboygan/Two Rivers area in WI. No carry state but just keep it unloaded in a case and you'll be alright. Lots better than IL.

Thank you for that link PDogSniper, that is indeed good news, and about time.

  11. It's a bit out of the way, but you can always go through the U.P. Then you just have to cross about 100 miles of Wisconsin.

    It's the "scenic route". :)
