I sent my mine and my wifes paper work, but will have a new address before we get them back. my question is will the post office forward them to the new address when I put in the change of address forms?

There's no guarantee, but if you have the change of address/mail forwarding submitted to the USPS AND the permits arrive from Tally within the timeframe that the mail forwarding is still active you should be in good shape. I would speak with the USPS about this issue.

Also, keep Tally informed of your change of address. Who knows, it may take so long that your permits arrive directly to your new address with the new address displayed!

I called Talahasee to notify them that I moved while I was waiting for my permit and they still send it to the old address but the Post Office forward it to my new home...you should be fine.
